How to shoot and edit a Vistas Video
You can set up a Vistas Video anywhere you think there is something to showcase. It could be a great sign, a great view of a city, a great building - something great (interesting) obviously. All you need is a "showcaser" and a "camerperson".
You take a steady pan shot from left to right with the "showcaser" using a hand gesture to guide the viewers eye. Then switch sides (and "showcaser" if you have lots of people) and do a pan from right to left.

After you have your footage you can either send the seperate files into The Biggest Butte and we will edit them together for you or, you can edit the movies together in any number of editing programs.
We use After Effects. We shrink the movie size down to 50% and fit both movies in side by side. It takes a little bit of arranging to match the timing up but if you do it just right the Vista Reveal is quite nice. Add some funky titles (ours were made in After Effects) and some music and wah-lah!
A how to video will be up soon. Email TBB is you have any questions in the meantime.
